This notice describes the current informational website at mokooaviation.com. It does not describe a future cloud account, subscription or app synchronisation service.

What this website collects

This website does not ask for an account, payment details or your location. It has no contact form, advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by MOKOO. It uses locally hosted images and styles, without external font or map requests.

Website delivery

Cloudflare provides the website hosting, DNS and network delivery. Requests necessarily involve technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps. Cloudflare may process this information for delivery, security and service operation. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you email us

If you choose to contact support@mokooaviation.com, your email address, message and any attachments will be processed to respond to your enquiry. Zoho provides the support mailbox. Only send information needed for the enquiry; avoid sending passwords or identity documents. See Zoho’s privacy policy.

Your requests

For questions about information you have sent, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact support@mokooaviation.com. We will review your request, including any applicable record-keeping obligations. Support messages may remain in provider backups for a period after deletion.

Changes to MOKOO

Before introducing accounts, payments, analytics or cloud storage, we will update the relevant privacy information. App-specific privacy information will be provided with the applicable testing or release version.
